​Having healthy digestion and cleansing the colon is very important as some studies show that over 90% of diseases involve an unhealthy colon. Also it is known that 90 % of our Serotonin (which relates to our emotion) is in our colon. Even the words "Gut feelings" come from the fact that it is directly connected to our emotion / feelings. Fasting improves many conditions of the gut. In fact, fasting not only has physical benefits but it also provides for a mental, emotional and spiritual cleansing. ​

This weekend mini detox workshop is the perfect way to motivate yourself for change into a new life style. Compared to a water fast, an organic juice fast is a lot gentler yet very beneficial with lots of fresh enzymes and other nutritional benefits.  Our program also includes walking, meditation, yoga, qi-gong, lecture and even a few hours of silence as part of the weekend. As a special treat and bonus you will be able to go straight to bed after our therapeutic sound massage - Armonica Sound Healing - in the evening. Sound medicine also helps to eliminate unnecessary blockages for many hours even after it's finished. It will be held at Harmonic Earth which is surrounded by forest in 10 acres of nature.

Phil has been using fasting since the late 70s (for 40 years!!) and Chiho has also been fasting regularly for a few years. Both of us have been experiencing a wide range of health benefits from fasting. Even difficult diseases like Phil's skin cancer and Chiho's heart disease of 24 years have been hugely improved ( chiho no longer needs her medication ).
